Yay, it's the weekend!

Well nearly anyway lol. Went to the fatty club and lost 2.5lbs this week, so dead chuffed about that!

We are off to Dunstable today to go to Him Indoors parents and then spending Saturday in London visiting Museums which should be a nice day, so I am hoping the weather stays dry.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend!

This bunch of flowers is what Him Indoors presented me with when he got home today. First thing I said to him was, 'what have you done?' lol and he replied 'nothing'. Then I said 'oh, you saying sorry to what you did to my poor doggy then' and he gave a sheepish grin, so I took that as a 'yes' then hehehe. Love the blue ones!

Him indoors needs shooting!

This was my doggy Lindita before she went to the groomers. As you can see, she desperately needed grooming.

The big mistake was letting him indoors take her to the parlour. He let the groomer leave her ears all long and shaggy.............OMG what does she look like! Shes a Shitzu/Westie looks like she has been poodle-rized lol.

Having the op!

Just got back from seeing the surgeon and they will be removing my gallbladder within the next 8-9 weeks. The down side is that because I have IBS, the pain might not go altogether once the gallbladder is removed........I will just be glad to get it over and done with lol.

The twins are 11 today!

My twin boys Ashley and Joshua turned eleven today. I can't believe how quick the time has gone! We spent a nice day in town with them where they spent all their birthday money on various things. We had lunch in The Rainbow and then they wanted a McDonalds for tea. Here's a piccy of their birthday cake, and yes, thats them on the cake lol.

This and that

I've been a bit more active today. I went to the hairdressers for a long over due trim. My hair is more managable now, thank gawd. I then went to the library and then my G.P. I obviously had a bit more energy today than in a long time lol. I need to somehow keep it up!

Hmm, my diet is not going as good as it could be. I rang my Weight Watchers leader and we had a chat for a good 20 minutes. It turns out I have been spending too many points on snacks lol. Need to remedy that and eat more fruit.............but it's sooooooooo hard to eat fruit instead of bread or dare I say it........chocolate lol, but I'm sure I'll get over it lol.

Nice evening

Him indoors and I didn't go out for the evening because of lack of money but we had a nice evening anyway. I cooked SpagBol from scratch and we opened some wine, a crisp Italian job from Marks and Spencers and when that ran out we opened a box of Libfraumilch German wine lol. Been a while since I had a drinkie poohs and I half starved myself this week so I could so it didn't affect my diet too much hehehe.

My gorgeous beautiful twins who are 10, soon to be 11, (Thursday to be exact lol), and Moi, watched Mamma Mia and had it on the sing a long option. Then we watched Fly Me To The Moon in 3D. Great little film but I wouldn't recommend watching in 3D when one has had a drinkie poohs or eyes were going all over the place and kept going bossed eyed hehehe.

I would really like to thank all those who have left comments recently, very much appreciated and I love you all. I will reply to them asap and would have sooner but I've had trouble with the old PC and I have been using the old Laptop................I mean, really old sincerely folks........................needs stoking up with coal every few minutes or so lol. My PC had a memory problem, but him indoors has fixed it for me and also added another hard drive.............he says it's because I have way too many videos on mine but I can't help it if I like to watch dear old Freddy Mercury, Abba, Ozzy, Billy Idol, Bon Jovi, ZZ Top, Meatloaf, ELO, Whitesnake, Wham, (don't laugh at that one you buggers), Deep Purple, The Eagles, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Gilbert and Sullivan ( shut up laughing, it's catchy when you get the hang of it lol), Depeche Mode, Pink, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Neil Diamond, Status Quo, Westlife ( I said stop laughing, you KNOW you like them really) and loads of 60's and 70's stuff.

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend and special hugs to my special friend Rene in Las Vegas! xxxxx

I'm grouchy

Because the bloody neighbours started drilling in the bedroom next to us at 6am this morning! And they are still drilling and banging! My neighbours are older than me but bullys, they can make noise and we can't. Slightest noise that comes out of our house and they bang on the wall, and I do mean slightest with no exageration. They even moan if my visitors park in 'their' parking space. I usally just play music via my PC as its not near any of their walls for them to bang on........................soooooooooooooooooooo......................I have Mammia Mia blasting out on the stereo...................I don't think they are in a postion to complain about it do you? hehehe
Maybe its time to try and complain to my housing association about them as I do believe its no undue noise before 6.45am thats why postman can't go out on deliverys before then?

Busy day

Yesterday was a busy day for me. In the morning I went to my CBT therapy for my panic and anxiety attacks. Next week is my last appointment apart from the follow up ones. The time has gone so quick since I started them last April. I am one of the lucky ones for whom the therapy has worked for. I still get the blasted attacks but at least I can control and put up with them better without them making such a deep impact on my life now.

I then went shopping at Icelands came home and then walked over to tesco's instead of getting the bus lol. I nearly went arse over tit fell over several times where the paths were so icy. Apparently, our council won't grit the paths in case someone falls over because of the grit and sues them................but you can sue them if you slip and fall on the ice anyway so whats the difference?

I've been lacking in my blogging again. I don't mean too, and I have no excuse. I will try to endeavour to do better!
